Jennifer Shepard is the creator, lead instructor and trainer for the What’s Your Major? SM college essay writing workshops. Jennifer graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing. At UNCW, Jennifer worked extensively with undergraduate students on essay writing skills in the university’s learning center. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Baldwin-Wallace College, where she also worked in the career center. Jennifer is an accomplished professional writer, with experience in marketing for WHQR, Wilmington, NC’s public ratio station and for Cuyahoga Community College. She is currently an English instructor and tutor at Cuyahoga Community College.
